Choosing the Print and Digital option will allow you to receive a physical copy of our magazine as well as access to our entire digital archive of articles. After making a purchase for a subscription, you will receive an email notification of your subscription order. I am subscribing on behalf of a friend/daughter/acquaintance, and I want the digital copy to be emailed to her. Is there a way for her to register for the digital copy using her own email address? During Checkout, you should put her email address and contact details under Billing Details instead of your own. Go to Account – My Subscription. There will be an option to cancel.Once you’ve clicked Cancel, you should receive an email notifying you of the cancellation. How do I cancel auto-renewal? As subscriptions are automatically renewed, the only way to ‘cancel’ it is by ending your subscription. This can be done in the following two ways. As your subscription comes to an end, an email informing you of your subscription renewal will be sent to you. A link is provided for you to cancel your subscription. Go to Account – My Subscription. There will be an option to cancel. Once done, you should receive an email notifying you of the cancellation. How do I renew my subscription? All subscriptions are automatically renewed. You will receive an email informing you that your subscription will be automatically renewed within two weeks time. If you do not wish to cancel, the renewal and payment will be processed after those two weeks. I cancelled my subscription previously, but I wish to subscribe again. How can I resubscribe? Under Account – My Subscription, you will find a Resubscribe option. We advise resubscribing to a previously cancelled subscription instead of creating a new subscription. I have received a subscription renewal notice even though I cancelled my subscription. What should I do? I have more than one subscription and I would like to keep only one subscription. How can I do this?
